Hello! We are Thomas and Anlynette, a couple in our 20s who met in 4th grade! We both share a deep belief that life is short and the experiences and moments we have with loved ones matter most. When we’re not baking, you can find us hosting dinner parties, kayaking, surf fishing, going on walks, and trying new foods together to truly live life to its fullest!

Our mission is to celebrate moments, create memories, and foster community through our desserts. Atelier means an artist's studio, and that spirit shapes everything we do, from using premium ingredients to careful techniques in crafting our crème brûlée.

To us, our crème brûlée is more than a dessert. We make sure that each encounter is an experience! Each one is torched live and finished with thoughtfully crafted toppings, with both classic and globally inspired flavors like pandan and passion fruit. Anlynette also loves to meet new people, and she finds joy in speaking to everyone! As Thomas says, she’s a “yapper.” :)
